Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We collect your email address, business name, and Google Maps listing URL when you create an account. We also store the reviews and AI-generated replies associated with your account.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to provide the FeelReply service: detecting reviews, generating AI replies, and sending email notifications to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Email notifications
We send email notifications to the address you provide when new reviews are detected. You can disable notifications at any time from your dashboard settings.
4. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing feelreply@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
