Refund Policy

1. Subscription payments

FeelReply offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with FeelReply, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at feelreply@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for renewal charges once the billing period has started.

5. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
